Fees

This is a cash-based practice with a rate of R1200 per 55-minute session. This rate is payable on receipt of invoice.

While we will provide clients with all the documentation necessary to assist them in claiming from their medical aid scheme (if applicable), clients are ultimately responsible for settling their accounts. Therefore, it is the client’s duty to contact their medical aid scheme before the first consultation to determine the extent to which they will be reimbursed for psychological consultations, as annual limits and provisions differ among medical aid schemes.

If a client has been approved for Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB) by their medical aid, the practice will claim directly from the medical aid on their behalf. You can read more about PMBs under the FAQ section.

*Please note that sessions not cancelled 24 hours before the time will be charged for in full and can not be claimed from medical aid.
